Alyce Moore

As vice president and general counsel, Alyce Moore oversees the legal aspects of all relevant corporate functions for Kronos on a worldwide basis. Moore joined Kronos in 1990, and became general counsel in 1999. She and her team provide counsel to expedite processes and take preventative measures to save the company time and resources. As Kronos has grown over the years to become a large, global software company, Moore has ensured that her department reflects that corporate culture through its strategy and execution.

After 16 years working at Digital Equipment Corporation, Moore pursued her law degree. Her unique career path gave her the ability and foresight to lay the foundation for the legal group at Kronos, and to subsequently grow it to become a critical and strategic division within the company.

Moore earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Clark University and a juris doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center. She volunteers with the Massachusetts Department of Social Services as a foster care case reviewer, and helps with the fundraising efforts for the upkeep and preservation of the Nubble Lighthouse at York, Maine.
