Neil SOlomon

“Every day, I am focused on helping organisations understand their workforce management journey, and advocating that people are an organisation’s biggest competitive differentiator. Improving the employee experience is a meaningful mission for all organisations, especially in the developing world, where labour is an even more critical business asset.”

Neil Solomon
Vice president, Asia Pacific and Latin America
Kronos Incorporated

As vice president of Asia Pacific and Latin America, Neil Solomon is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategies and management of these regions. Bolstered by decades of experience in the IT sector, working across regions, verticals, and a combination of customers, prospects, and partners, Solomon evangelises the importance of workforce management and human capital management in both the developed and developing markets and actively builds local Kronos communities.

Solomon joined Kronos in 2001 as vice president of the Western Region in the U.S., a position he held for three years, and later led the retail and hospitality vertical, driving dynamic growth in revenue and attracting iconic global brands to build a solid community of retail, hospitality, and gaming customers. He assumed the role of vice president of Asia Pacific in 2014, focusing on driving business expansion across the region by immersing himself in local culture and understanding the unique requirements of each country while focusing on employees and customers. He also tailored marketing, organisational structure, delivery standards, and sales enablement, and in 2016 added Latin America to his global portfolio.

Prior to joining Kronos, Solomon held senior management positions at organisations including Aspect Communications and Siemens ROLM. As a sales leader, he has developed a strong track record of designing powerful sales strategies that drive business growth for a variety of industries and geographies.

Solomon earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Outside of work, he is the chief financial officer of the Chancy Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit focused on enriching lives through the arts.
