With more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector, Neil Solomon is responsible for the overall management of Kronos sales across the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions. Solomon assumed the role of vice president, Asia Pacific in 2014, where he has focused on driving business expansion across the region in areas including staffing, delivery standards, and sales enablement, and recently added Latin America to his portfolio.
Solomon joined Kronos in 2001 as vice president of the Western Region in the U.S., a position he held for three years, which saw him drive dynamic growth in revenue, attracting iconic global brands in healthcare, technology, retail and hospitality as new customers.
Prior to that, he held senior management positions at organizations including Aspect Communications and Siemens ROLM. As a sales leader he has developed a strong track record in designing powerful sales strategies that drive business growth.
Solomon holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Outside of work, he is the chief financial officer of the Chancy Memorial Foundation, a not-for-profit focused on ‘enriching lives through art’.
