Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) in partnership with SHRM India conducted a series of focus group conversations with key senior leaders across various industries with the intent of uncovering operational challenges and priorities in implementing the labour codes. These leaders discussed issues related to policy making and digitization and the overall agreement was that these reforms were largely overdue.

Passionate conversations followed which focused on achieving clarity on the way forward for organizations related to the new labour codes around the dimensions of productivity, compliance and costs. Within the roundtables participants were split into multiple groups that first independently discussed aspects related to policy formulation and the imperative for digitalization during implementations. These groups then came together to share their evolved understanding of the changes required and solutions for the same.
