It’s no secret that better execution ofstrategy leads to better results. But as business strategies change andorganizational capabilities expand, the new requirements often overwhelm thedisparate, manual systems that are in place at most organizations. Theopportunity to help customerslink strategy to execution through two-way communication of metrics, planning, and goals wasthe genesis of a partnership formed between SuccessFactors (an SAP company) andKronos. This position paper outlines the challenges behind successful strategyexecution and explains how SuccessFactors and Kronos are working together toredefine the HCM landscape.
