The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is your company’s champion within the Kronos support team.  Your TAM will become an extension of your internal system support group, a single point of contact for all technical support related matters within Kronos.  The TAM understands a customer’s unique business needs and can proactively offer services to help get the most out of the Kronos solution.
